    My husband and I have nothing but praise for the employees of the Leon's Huntsville store! We purchased a Decor-Rest sofa bed and ottoman from Scott Robinson during a No HST Sale and a chair later from Nicole McGrath at full price as the sale had ended. They were both very informative, professional and friendly making us feel like family! They searched out the answers to the many questions we ask. I had a question regarding the cushions when are sofa bed and ottoman were delivered so I went to the store. Scott was on vacation and Nicole had a much needed day off so I spoke to Sandy who sent my inquiry to Denise McChesney, the Customer Service Manager. The very next day I received a phone call from Scott Lavigne of Decor-Rest going over my concerns in detail. He also e-mailed us a video to watch. We also noticed a newspaper flyer just after we purchased our chair which stated 15% off on all regular priced furniture. We called Scott and have since received a refund of 15% on the chair. Now that is what we call Customer Service at it's best! Thank you team Leon's Huntsville!
